HOW RECRUITING A TRAINEE CAN BENEFIT YOU IN THE ACT
New Worker Trainee (employees who have been employed with the employer less than 3 months may be eligible for this program). This is a twelve-month employment and training program. It offers you flexibility in how, when and where training is offered to your employees.


Existing Worker Trainees (someone who has been employed for more than three months full-time or more than 12 months part-time or casual, or a combination of both, immediately prior to the commencement date of training) may be eligible for this traineeship.

Disability Work Certificate III
Security Operations Certificate III
Training and Assessment Certificate IV & Bridging course

Business Certificate level III

Business Administration Certificate IV

Quest has a number of methods in place to support the Employer and the Trainee throughout the Traineeship program. These include:
Monitoring and contact visits
Workplace Assessments
Free Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
'On' and 'Off' the Job flexible training
