Recognition Recognition is a form of assessment used to determine whether a person has achieved, through formal/informal learning or experience the required competencies. This allows the participant to develop new skills and knowledge rather than re-visit the same learning arena. Any person can apply for Recognition. Contact the Training Division at our Civic office for more information or an application form. With any assessment carried out by a Quest assessor, the course participant has a period of 3 months to appeal the assessment decision. After that period the assessment will be final. Quest Complaints Policy Quest staff regard complaints as valuable feedback to improve our customer service. If you have a complaint about a staff member or service Quest provides you should refer the complaint to the person responsible for the service. Ideally, the complaint is resolved by discussion at an informal level, but if that process is not successful, then you should raise the issue with the Manager of the division. If the issue still can’t be resolved either through agreement to make changes or to monitor the problem then report the issue to the director. A mediator can be called if the issue is still unresolved at this point. If at any time you need advice about procedures for reporting and dealing with a complaint, contact the Human Resource Manager through Reception. Code of Practice for Registered Training Organisations Quest Solutions operates under a Code of Practice. This Code of Practice provides the basis for good practice in the marketing, operation and administration of training services by QUEST Employment & Training Solutions. If you wish to view the Code of Practice, please feel free to ask a Quest Training staff member for a copy. Accreditation Quest has been an accredited Training Organisation since 1987.
