| When you have chosen Quest Solutions to be your Personal Support Provider these steps will be taken: |
| Centrelink will refer you to us. |
| We will then contact you either by phone or letter to arrange your first meeting at a mutually suitable time with your personal Support counsellor. |
| Our counsellors will work with you on a regular basis, for up to 2 years. |
| With your full cooperation we will develop an individualised action plan in order to provide support, encouragement and guidance to reach your goals and improve your personal, social or economic outcomes. |
| We will help you set goals and plans, monitor progress and work out when you are ready to move on. |
| Where appropriate, counsellors refer you to other specialist services to find solutions to problems. |
When appropriate we also assist you into education, training or work.
When applicable we provide Job Network Services. |
