Employment Consultant / Reverse Marketer

Quest Solutions is looking for a driven, ambitious, sales minded person to join our Employment Department as a Reverse Marketer. As the link between employer and job seeker, you will market, source and secure vacancies for job seekers by matching their skills to employer requirements. This role is demanding but rewarding and will suit someone who is wanting to contribute to the community.

You will have:
• Well developed and effective interviewing skills
• Ability to work to given targets and be analytical about target results
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation
• Empathy with employer and job seeker
• High level customer relation skills
• Knowledge of local labour market
• Supervisory and mentoring skills
• Computer skills in word and excel
• Attention to detail
• Manual drivers licence

Experience in sales is highly regarded but not essential.

Salary package of $45k plus incentives and bonuses.
